The main bedroom is off the kitchen to the right and has an ensuite shower room.

There is also a door at the opposit end of the kitchen which leads onto stairs to upstairs guest bedroom or downstairs to 2nd shower room with toilet.

Off road parking, garage and fenced garden ground. Most of the garden ground is to the front of the property. There is also a small building to the side of the house where the present tenants stores their wood for the fire.

550 lev per month plus wood for heating, utilitiies & internet (23.90 leva per month).

2 months' rent required as a deposit plus rental payable in advance.
